1,600 Sq Ft Garage Roof

Tear off 3 layers of old shingles and tar paper to get down to the bare sheathing. Remove a 16’ ash tree growing through the center of the roof. Build out cribbing and sheathing for hole in the roof. Replace dotted spots with new sheathing. Install new 30yr shingles on entire garage. Complete with ridge vent for ventilation. Part 1 of a 4 step garage refurbishment.
